Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before booking your service. If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must give 24 hours notice. Please provide notice by phone and confirm in writing—text messages will suffice. If you fail to give a minimum of 24-hour notice, you will be charged 75% of the fee for the canceled session. If I need to cancel a scheduled session, you will receive a 24-hour phone and written notification. If I fail to give you 24-hour notice before a canceled session, you will receive a substitute session at no additional cost.
