What This Year Has Revealed creates a supportive space to examine the decisions, conversations, boundaries, projects, and commitments that deserve attention before year-end. During this Women Nexus™ Live session, we will begin the inventory early enough for it to become useful, so you can recognize what strengthened, what changed, what remained unattended, and what the coming year already requires you to structure with greater care.
By November, the year has already told the truth through your results, your energy, your relationships, and the commitments still asking for attention.
You can see which decisions created steadiness, which conversations still need language, which boundaries require clearer expression, and which projects deserve completion, release, or stronger structure before the year closes.
What This Year Has Revealed invites you to examine the decisions, responsibilities, relationships, and areas of contribution that now require your discernment. Together, we will identify what strengthened, what changed, what remained unattended, what required more than it returned, and what the coming year is already asking you to structure with greater care.

Neidy Lozada is the founder of Soulful Sojourners and the creator of Women Nexus™, a program of Soulful Sojourners. She works with high-capacity women who are ready to move beyond insight and reflection into strategically aligned action.
Her experience spans behavioral health, operations, nonprofit leadership, client work, and service with boards of directors. At 60, Neidy rewrote her career after decades of building success inside other people’s businesses, institutions, and mission-driven spaces. That decision required her to tell the truth about what her life had already prepared her to do.
Women Nexus™ Live grows from that same conviction. Your experience has shaped discernment, perspective, and contribution. Your work deserves language precise enough to meet the next decision.

Women Nexus™ Live gathers every third Monday through December.
Each session gives high-capacity women a place to examine the work, voice, contribution, collaboration, legacy, and choices shaping their lives now.
November 16th continues the series with year-end discernment: what the year has revealed, what deserves completion before the year closes, and what the coming year is already asking you to structure with greater care. The final session turns toward deliberate choice for the year ahead.

Women Nexus™ is the membership community connected to these live gatherings. Members continue the conversation through live sessions, a Learning Library, collaborative publications, member discussions, and spaces designed for women who take their work, voice, and contribution seriously.
The November 16th session gives you access to the live gathering. The membership gives you a place to continue the work after the gathering ends.

Some Answers Before You Register
Women Nexus™ Live depends on presence, preparation, and respect for the room. These questions answer the practical details that shape your decision: the cost, the camera requirement, the live format, what to bring, and what happens after registration. When you reserve your place, you should know exactly what you are entering and how to arrive ready.
How much does the webinar cost?
Registration is free.
Do I need to join Women Nexus™ before attending?
You may register for Women Nexus™ Live as a guest. Women Nexus™ membership gives you access to the community, Learning Library, collaborative publications, and member conversations between live gatherings. You are welcome to join at any time, but it is not a requirement to participate in these webinars.
Is the camera required?
Yes, this requirement is not optional. Your camera stays on for the full 90 minutes. Visible presence supports the quality of the room, the seriousness of the conversation, and the trust required for shared work.
Will I receive a replay?
No. This space has been created to nurture trust, openness, and vulnerability. To protect confidentiality, no replays will be available. The session happens live at the scheduled time. Register when you can attend the full gathering.
What should I bring?
Bring one area of your life or work where your knowledge, perspective, or contribution deserves clearer language. Bring your favorite pen, paper, water, coffee, or tea. If you have furry companions, let them join us. Mine will.
What happens after I register?
Immediately after you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, calendar links, session details, and preparation instructions.
If you do not see it immediately, check your spam folder. If you do not get it after 15 minutes, contact [email protected], use the subject line: "Registered for [webinar name] but have not received the registration confirmation". A member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to ensure you get what you need.
You will also get reminders five days before the webinar (this one includes workshop materials), one day before, and one hour before the webinar starts.
