A live 90-minute workshop for women ready to bring a private body of work into honest conversation, refinement, and response.
Your Work Needs a Bigger Room creates a space to examine the point at which private development has reached its limit. During this Women Nexus™ Live session, we will explore how to connect your idea, project, message, creative direction, community contribution, or body of work with other intelligent women, get an honest response, and build a structure that helps it mature.

Building alone can sharpen your judgment while narrowing the range of response available to your ideas.
You may be used to collaborating with colleagues, testing direction in conversation, and developing projects in environments where others brought distinct skills to the table. Now you may be carrying the full architecture of your project yourself: strategy, messaging, delivery, technology, visibility, client communication, decision-making, and the daily maintenance required to keep everything moving.
That level of solo responsibility can create loops. You revisit the same page, adjust the same language, rethink the same offer, and keep circling the same decision.
Your Work Needs a Bigger Room invites you to examine the idea, project, message, creative direction, or community contribution that now requires contact with women who bring diverse experiences, complementary strengths, honest reflection, and a wider field of thought.
Bring the project you have been trying to solve alone. We will begin there.
Identify where solo responsibility has created loops, then name the collaboration, reflection, and complementary strengths your project now needs.
Notice where you keep revisiting the same page, language, offer, or decision because your private process has stopped giving you new information.
Identify the response your project needs now: reflection, accountability, strategic questions, complementary skills, or who can help you see from another angle.
Consider where your idea, message, or creative direction can develop through conversation, collaboration, or community engagement.
You have been developing an idea, project, message, creative direction, or community contribution largely on your own.
You keep revisiting the same page, language, offer, structure, or decision, and sense that another round of private effort will keep you inside the same loop.
You miss the kind of collaborative exchange where other women bring perspective, ask useful questions, reflect on what they hear, and help you see possibilities your own process has stopped revealing.
You want a supportive space to examine what your project needs now: conversation, refinement, collaboration, publication, presentation, or community engagement.
Neidy Lozada is the founder of Soulful Sojourners and the creator of Women Nexus™, a program of Soulful Sojourners. She works with high-capacity women who are ready to move beyond insight and reflection into strategically aligned action.
Her experience spans behavioral health, operations, nonprofit leadership, client work, and service with boards of directors. At 60, Neidy rewrote her career after decades of building success inside other people’s businesses, institutions, and mission-driven spaces. That decision required her to tell the truth about what her life had already prepared her to do.
Women Nexus™ Live grows from that same conviction. Your experience has shaped discernment, perspective, and contribution. Your work deserves language precise enough to meet the next decision.

Women Nexus™ Live gathers every third Monday through December.
Each session gives high-capacity women a place to examine the work, voice, contribution, collaboration, legacy, and choices shaping their lives now.
September 21st continues the series with collaboration, supportive response, and the wider field your project needs in order to mature beyond private development. The following sessions continue with legacy, year-end discernment, and deliberate choice for the year ahead.
Separate Registration Required for Each Webinar.

Women Nexus™ is the membership community connected to these live gatherings. Members continue the conversation through live sessions, a Learning Library, collaborative publications, member discussions, and spaces designed for women who take their work, voice, and contribution seriously.
The September 21st session gives you access to the live gathering. The membership gives you a place to continue the work after the gathering ends.
Women Nexus™ Live depends on presence, preparation, and respect for the room. These questions answer the practical details that shape your decision: the cost, the camera requirement, the live format, what to bring, and what happens after registration. When you reserve your place, you should know exactly what you are entering and how to arrive ready.
Registration is free.
No. You may register for Women Nexus™ Live as a guest. Women Nexus™ membership gives you access to the community, Learning Library, collaborative publications, and member conversations between live gatherings. You are welcome to join at any time, but it is not a requirement.
Yes, this requirement is not optional. Your camera stays on for the full 90 minutes. Visible presence supports the quality of the room, the seriousness of the conversation, and the trust required for shared work.
This is a conversation, not a webinar to observe. When everyone is visible, the room moves differently, more honestly and generatively. If you are not in a position to have your camera on, this series is not the right fit for you.
To protect confidentiality. The session happens live at the scheduled time. Register when you can attend the full gathering.
The quality of this room depends on everyone being fully present. The conversations that happen in a closed room with serious, committed women cannot be reproduced in a recording. The no-replay policy protects the depth of the conversation and honors the participants who have made the commitment to show up.
No preparation is required, but you will get the session materials five days before your webinar. Read the session description.
Bring one area of your life or work where your knowledge, perspective, or contribution deserves clearer language. Bring your favorite pen, paper, water, coffee, or tea. If you have furry companions, let them join us. Mine will.
Immediately after you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, calendar links, session details, and preparation instructions.
If you do not see it immediately, check your spam folder. If you do not get it after 15 minutes, contact [email protected], use the subject line: "Registered for [webinar name] but have not received the registration confirmation". A member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to ensure you get what you need.
You will also get reminders five days before the webinar (this one includes workshop materials), one day before, and one hour before the webinar starts.
Each session is a structured 90-minute conversation, not a lecture. Neidy opens by framing the central question the session addresses, teaches directly from her frameworks and lived experience, and then guides participants through a written reflection exercise. The reflection moves into a group conversation where the room's thinking becomes part of the content. You will leave with something specific: a clearer question, a named insight, or a decision that deserves your attention.
They do, but each session is also designed to stand on its own. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to benefit from any single gathering. The sessions build thematically across the year, from naming the work to collaboration, voice, legacy, and deliberate planning, but each one is complete in itself.
Women Nexus™ Live is free because these conversations should be accessible to all women. Women Nexus™, the membership, is where the ongoing rhythm, relationships, resources, and collaborative possibilities continue between sessions. You will hear about the membership at the close of each session. You will not be pressured to join during the conversation.
Women Nexus™ Live is for women who are ready to move insight into strategic action. You may be approaching a significant transition, returning to something that deserves more of your attention, or carrying a body of knowledge that has not yet found its full expression. Experience and seriousness of purpose matter more than any particular professional background or age.
You will be invited to share, not required to. The session includes a private written reflection that belongs to you. When participants bring something into the group conversation, the room is held with care and discretion. You decide how much you bring into the shared space.
There are no replays and no recordings. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, release your spot so another woman can take it. Each session has its own registration and you must register for each separately. If you miss one month, show up for the following session. We will be delighted to see you.
Absolutely. We would love to have you. Women Nexus™ Live is a virtual gathering open to women worldwide. Sessions are held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM (Pacific Time). Confirm your local time before registering.
We are accepting registrations until one day before the event. If you sign up after the five-day mark, contact [email protected], and we will send you the webinar packet. All materials will also be available on the day of the webinar. We will add them to the chat at the start of the session.
