Live Three-Hour Workshop
During this three-hour workshop, you will decide what deserves your time now, what needs enough attention to keep functioning, what can wait, and what must happen first.
By the end of the three hours you will have a 90-day strategic plan that will cover:
which demands on your time actually move your outcome forward
what must happen first
what you will protect or maintain
what will receive less of your time and capacity
a contingency plan to address changes in circumstances
the first action you will take already in your calendar

The Work at The center of The Workshop

You might want to work on bringing increasing revenue to your business, finishing a manuscript, preparing to move, completing a personal transition, reorganizing your finances, finishing a home project, or another result that has been competing with the rest of your life.

You might want to work on bringing increasing revenue to your business, finishing a manuscript, preparing to move, completing a personal transition, reorganizing your finances, finishing a home project, or another result that has been competing with the rest of your life.
You will define the outcome you actually want from that area and what meaningful progress toward it will look like within 90 days.
From that point forward, every task, commitment, responsibility, and project claiming your attention is examined for one purpose: What does it contribute to the established outcome?
Why these Decisions Are so Difficult
A responsibility may need to remain protected. Another may need only enough attention to keep functioning. One task may need to happen before another one can produce value. Another may be consuming hours because you assume it has to happen first.

Which things move the outcome?
Identify the tasks and decisions that can produce meaningful progress during the next 90-days and build a strategy to convert them into tangible outcomes.
Which responsibilities must remain?
Decide the level of attention required to keep important responsibilities stable while the chosen outcome advances.

What must happen first?
Identify the action or decision that must happen before later actions can produce value.
What will receive less time?
Choose what can be reduced, delayed, transferred, paused, or completed to ensure the chosen outcome receives sustained attention.

What We Will Decide During the Workshop

Define the outcome and the evidence
Write the result in clear terms and decide what evidence will show meaningful progress 90 days from now.
Examine what is taking your time now.
Use your pre-work to review up to eight current tasks, responsibilities, projects, or commitments. Decide which ones advance the outcome, enable something necessary, keep something important functioning, or use time without enough contribution.
Determine what becomes a priority.
Identify dependencies, test assumed pre-requisites, and name what currently blocks the next necessary step.
Decide what can wait or receive less attention.
Protect the commitments that need protection, define the level of maintenance other responsibilities require, and decide what can be reduced, delayed, transferred, paused, or completed.
Build the 90-day sequence.
Organize the next 90 days into phases based on dependencies, the time you actually have, and the evidence that tells you when each phase has progressed far enough.
Test the plan and date the first action.
Pressure-test the sequence against reduced capacity, delay, or a new opportunity. Establish the rule you will use when circumstances change, then put the first action on the calendar.
You decide how deeply to engage with each part of Women Nexus™ and when to return to it. The courses are self-paced, the resources remain available, and the live spaces give you another way to work through what is current for you.
Live Facilitation

This is a live working session. Neidy will question assumptions, ask for evidence when a task is labeled essential, test whether a pre-requisite is real, challenge the order of the actions, and keep the plan anchored to the time and responsibilities you actually have.
Neidy Lozada, MATP, CTTC, CSIC
Transformational Strategist, founder of Soulful Sojourners, and creator of Women Nexus™. Her role in the room is to help you examine the decisions beneath the busyness, test the assumptions, shaping your choices, and establish an order you can use.

A 90-day outcome
Stated in terms specific enough to recognize meaningful progress.
Two or three items to carry forward
The tasks, decisions, or projects with the strongest relationship to the outcome.
A sequence
What must happen first, what becomes useful later, and why the order matters.
A written capacity decision
What stays protected, what remains at maintenance level, and what receives less attention for 90 days.
A rule for change
The criterion you will use when capacity drops, something takes longer, or a new opportunity appears.
A dated first action
The first action in the actual sequence, placed on the calendar before the session ends.

Turn Motion Into Forward Momentum

Bring one outcome. Leave with the strategy for advancing it over the next 90 days.
Bring one outcome. Leave with the strategy for advancing it over the next 90 days.
Leave knowing what advances the outcome, what must happen first, what will remain protected or maintained, what will receive less of your capacity, how you will respond when circumstances change, and exactly where you begin.
