FUN FACTS

Beyond my work and career, I am shaped by the everyday joys that keep me rooted in humanity. My Puerto Rican heritage lives in me through music, language, and the fierce resilience I witnessed in the women who raised me. I savor the rhythm of fall, the comfort of strong coffee with a good book, and the way writing becomes both reflection and prayer. Family remains my deepest anchor, reminding me that legacy is not only built in programs and frameworks but also in the love shared across generations.

I love to dance, even though rhythm often escapes me.

My home in California is filled with rescued animals—all but one born in Puerto Rico, with three invited straight off the streets into my car and into my life.

I carry an extra leash on dog walks—because you never know when a stray might decide to join the family.

While others were making bread during the COVID-19 shutdown, I picked up woodworking, painting, and DYI projects—and ended up building furniture, hanging my own art, and even making soaps, candles, and detergents from scratch.

I registered my company the day after I turned 60 years of age.

How It Started | How It Is Going

Long before personal development became a buzzword, I was sitting at my paternal grandmother’s kitchen table, listening to stories of intuition, survival, and quiet power passed down through generations.

While other kids were flipping through cartoons, I was drawn to human behavior, to why people suffer, how they change, and what it takes to live with integrity and depth. I did not yet have the language for it, but I was already listening for the truth.

That curiosity never left me. It led me into psychology, leadership, spiritual study, and eventually into the deep work of coaching, not as a career move, but as a calling to help others navigate reinvention without losing themselves in the process.

How It Started

I was a woman carrying many titles: leader, mother, professional, fixer, but I was quietly unraveling under the weight of roles that no longer fit.

My background in behavioral health provided me with valuable tools for personal and professional growth.

My spiritual path gave me grounding.

But it was lived experience—depression, burnout, and deep reinvention—that forced me to ask different questions. Not “What should I do?” But “Who am I becoming?”

I obtained degrees in business administration, transpersonal psychology, and certifications in transpersonal, transformational, and spiritual integration coaching.

I trained in Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Seeking Safety, Family Systems, Enneagram, Human Development, Crisis Interventions, Suicide Prevention and Intervention, and Human Design, among others.

I researched ancestral wisdom, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, Short-Term Solution Focused Interventions, Logotherapy, the Hierarchy of Needs, and legacy cultivation.

I obtained certifications as a Reiki Master, as well as Energy and Sound Healing.

I traveled to participate in retreats and ceremonies that added depth to my work and life.

How It Is Going

Today, I balance my chosen life with my work to support women at the edge of reinvention, women who are no longer willing to live misaligned.

I work with visionaries, professionals, and creative leaders to turn soul-longings into strategy and change into momentum.

I offer private coaching, immersive programs, and tools grounded in two proprietary frameworks: the SOJOURN™ Coaching Model and the S.I.M. Method™.

I have created the Spirited Entrepreneurs Empowerment Network™ (S.E.E.N.), a female-led mastermind alliance serving women worldwide.

Through S.E.E.N. I offer webinars, mastermind, and S.E.E.N. Live: Voices That Spark Change™, a speaker series open to women of all walks of life at no cost.

I created Living Imprints™, a 12-week self-paced program for those unsure where to start their Soulful Sojourners Journey. And the Five-Phase Imprint™, a hybrid program coming this fall for those who want the comfort of a self-paced program and the support of live calls.

I developed The SOJOURN Readiness Diagnostic™, a 25-question assessment to aid you in defining your level of readiness for change in any area of your life.

I offer high-impact individual and group coaching for those who are ready to lead their next chapter with self-authorship, spiritual clarity, and grounded strategy.
